What we collect

When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your email address, name, and payment information. We use this to provide access to the course and communicate with you about your enrollment.

How we use your data

Your data is used to: deliver the course content, process payments, send enrollment confirmations and course updates, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate:

• Clerk for authentication (stores email, name, login data)
• Stripe for payment processing (stores payment method, transaction data)
• Supabase for course data and progress tracking
• Mux for video delivery
• Resend for transactional emails
• Vercel for hosting and analytics

Each service has its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@ultrapowers.dev. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated, anonymous traffic data. No advertising cookies are used.
